Was ist EADF e.V.?

EADF e.V. – EU Army Digital Fund e.V. (Symbol: Weiße Mohnblume) ist die neutrale, gemeinnützige Unterstützungsstruktur innerhalb der EU Army Tripartite Coalition. Unsere Gründung erfolgte, um verletzten und gefallenen Soldaten sowie ihren Familien dauerhafte, digitale und rechtlich abgesicherte Unterstützung zu garantieren. Durch interoperable Fondsstrukturen stellen wir sicher, dass alle Betroffenen die gleichen Garantien erhalten – unabhängig von Status, Einsatzort oder Herkunft.

So stellen wir sicher, dass kein Veteran und keine Familie alleine gelassen wird. SUPRANATIONAL CONSTITUTION

> This document is the supranational constitution of the E.A Digital (Veterans) Fund (EADF).  

> It is not a national statute and does not replace national legal requirements.  

> Each EU Member State must establish its own national EADF‑association with its own statute, tax registration and founding members.  

> This supranational constitution defines the overarching mandate, structure and mission that all national EADF‑entities must follow.*

Article 1 – Supranational Identity

 

1. The E.A Digital Fund for Veterans (EADF) is a supranational, non‑profit framework operating across all Member States of the European Union.  

2. The EADF does not constitute a legal entity under any single national jurisdiction.  

3. The EADF exists as a transnational mandate, implemented through nationally registered associations in each EU Member State.  

4. This constitution defines the core mission, governance principles, structural requirements and operational standards binding for all national EADF‑entities.

Article 2 – Purpose and Mission

 

1. The EADF pursues exclusively non‑profit, humanitarian and social purposes, including:  

   - support for injured service members and veterans  

   - support for reservists and former service personnel  

   - support for families of deceased service members  

   - strengthening democratic culture through education, transparency and social participation  

2. The EADF does not pursue political, military or commercial objectives.  

3. The mission is humanitarian, social, educational and integrative.

Article 3 – Supranational Mandate

 

1. The EADF operates under a supranational mandate that defines:  

   - the shared mission  

   - the structural standards  

   - the ethical and operational principles  

   - the transparency and accountability requirements  

2. This mandate is binding for all national EADF‑entities.  

3. The supranational mandate does not override national law; instead, it provides the framework within which national entities must operate.

Article 4 – National Implementation Requirement

 

1. Each EU Member State must establish its own national EADF‑association, including:  

   - national tax registration  

   - national statute  

   - national founding members  

   - national registry entry (where applicable)  

2. National EADF‑associations are legally independent, but structurally and mission‑aligned with this supranational constitution.  

3. National statutes must:  

   - reflect the mission and principles of this constitution  

   - comply with national association and tax law  

   - ensure transparency, accountability and non‑profit operation  

4. National DVF‑associations act as extensions of the supranational DVF‑framework.

Article 5 – Governance Structure

 

1. The supranational EADF‑framework defines:  

   - overarching governance principles  

   - ethical standards  

   - transparency requirements  

   - reporting obligations  

2. National EADF‑associations implement these principles within their legal systems.  

3. The supranational EADF does not exercise legal authority; it provides coordination, standards and mission alignment.

Article 6 – Transparency & Digital Infrastructure

 

1. The EADF uses digital systems to ensure:  

   - transparency of donations  

   - traceability of financial flows  

   - auditability of cooperation agreements  

2. National EADF‑associations must integrate these systems where legally permissible.

Article 7 – Funding Principles

 

1. Funding sources may include:  

   - private donations

   - private assets voluntarily contributed by founders or supporters  

2. All funds must be used exclusively for non‑profit purposes.  

3. No national EADF‑association may distribute profits.

Article 10 – Amendments

 

1. Amendments to this supranational constitution may be adopted by the supranational coordination body.
